FOR BALI & INDONESIA
Change Your Visa Without Leaving Indonesia
Indonesia's Bridging Visa, officially known as the Transitional Stay Permit (Izin Tinggal Peralihan), allows eligible foreign nationals to transition from one immigration status to another without leaving Indonesia.
This service acts as a "bridge" between your current stay permit and your new visa or residence permit, helping you remain legally in Indonesia while your new application is being processed.
The Bridging Visa simplifies the transition process, saving you time, travel costs and the inconvenience of having to exit and re-enter Indonesia.

What is a Bridging Visa?
A Bridging Visa is a temporary stay permit that allows eligible foreign nationals already in Indonesia to remain legally in the country while transitioning to a new visa or residence permit.
For example, eligible applicants may:
-
Transition from a Visit Stay Permit to a Limited Stay Permit (KITAS).
-
Apply for a new stay permit when their existing KITAS or KITAP can no longer be extended.
Without the Bridging Visa, many applicants previously had to leave Indonesia before applying for a new visa.
Who Can Apply?
The Bridging Visa may be available to eligible foreign nationals who are already in Indonesia and hold:
-
A Visit Stay Permit (ITK)
-
A Limited Stay Permit (KITAS)
-
A Permanent Stay Permit (KITAP)
Eligibility depends on your current immigration status and the type of visa or stay permit you are applying for.
Our experienced team can confirm whether you qualify.
