The E33G Remote Worker KITAS, commonly referred to as the Indonesia Digital Nomad Visa, allows eligible foreign nationals to reside in Indonesia while continuing their employment with a company located outside the country.

This visa is intended for remote workers who earn their income overseas and do not undertake employment with an Indonesian individual or business.

Eligibility Requirements

Applicants are generally required to provide:

• Passport valid for at least 1 year

• Passport information page

• Selfie photograph

• Bank statements covering the previous 12 months

• Employment contract confirming:

  • Employment with a company outside Indonesia

  • Permission to work remotely

  • Minimum annual salary of USD 60,000

• Residential address in Bali or Indonesia for the application (this can be updated later if required; additional charges may apply)

Employment Restrictions

This KITAS is specifically intended for remote work performed for an employer outside Indonesia.

While holding this KITAS, you cannot:

• Work for an Indonesian individual or company.

• Receive a salary from an Indonesian employer.

• Conduct activities that require a different Indonesian work permit or KITAS.

• Undertake employment that is not permitted under Indonesian Immigration regulations.

Application Process

Applying for your Indonesian visa with Get Bali Visas is simple.
