Indonesia offers a D12 Pre-Investment Visa for those who want to carry out activities related to starting a business, including field surveys and/or feasibility studies,.
This visa gives you 180 days upon arrival. It allows travelers to stay in Bali and other parts of Indonesia for a duration of 180 days each stay. You can exit and re-enter using this visa.​ Once issued you have 90 days to enter Indonesia.

If you overstay your visa, there is a penalty of 1.000.000 IDR per day.

YOU CANNOT WORK IN INDONESIA ON THIS VISA. If you wish to do business in Indonesia then please inform me and I will give you information on setting up your own Company PMA or you may be eligible for a sponsored Working Kitas.
