Indonesia offers a Foreign Investment Kitas for those wanting to stay long-term in Bali.
Purpose and Duration: 2 Years Multiple Entry. Renewable. You can sponsor family members under this Kitas.
Once issued you have 90 days to enter Indonesia.
PLEASE NOTE: Processing times will be affected by public holidays, weekends and Immigration system maintenance. Processing begins once funds are cleared into our account.

PROCESSING TIMES

Approximately 4-5 weeks until you receive the E-Visa to enter Indonesia.

Approximately 1-2 weeks once you arrive in Bali to finalize the process at Immigration.

Payment is required upfront to start the process.

Weekends, holidays and Immigration Online system down, do not count as processing days.

If you are sponsoring your family with a dependent kitas, you will need to provide a Marriage Certificate or Relationship Certificate from your Government.

YOU CANNOT WORK IN INDONESIA ON THIS KITAS. If you wish to do business in Indonesia then please inform me and I will give you information on setting up your own Company PMA or you may be eligible for a sponsored Working Kitas.

EPO / CANCELLATION OF KITAS

An EPO is required if you no longer wish to renew your Kitas. This cancels you from the Kitas and in future you can apply again for a Visa or Kitas. If you choose not to do the EPO you can enter on Visa on Arrival only.
